We are so pleased with the end result of our new screen porch with fireplace and deck resurfacing. From the first time we called Urban Designs from an advertisement we had seen until the very end of our project, we were treated with the utmost of attention and respect. The bid we received was not the lowest nor the highest but we believe their attention to detail and customer service can not be beat. By far the most pleasant experience I have had to date with any professional home buildingserivce/purchase. Khoi and his crew were extremely professional from the very beginning estimate through the completion of the project. I was initially concerned that their quality would superceed my budget, but boy was I wrong. We had 4 deck estimates and Urban was the most competitively priced of all. Our deck is beautiful and the design they created is awesome. I would highly recommend UD&D to everyone.

I choose Urban Designs and Development because I felt that they were going to build me a quality deck and I was not disappointed. Nguyen listened to what we wanted in a design and offered some recommendations from his experience. When extra labor was required to ensure the deck will be able to withstand any storm, the total cost of the project did not change. I'm looking forward to using Nguyen and his team agin.

Started ahead of schedule, & finished ahead of schedule. Workmanship was top-notch, cuts were done to fit snugly, everything looks great. Crew cleaned work area at end of each day. Contractor was flexible with changes, he was on site every day, and he communicated with me (or my wife) every day of the project keeping us well informed of progress and schedule, making sure we were happy with results and progress. Outstanding contractor that I would gladly recommend and would use again.

We could not be happier with our deck! The team at Urban DD was professional and courteous. I had a lot of questions and Nguyen and his team were very patient with me. They made suggestions that actually saved me money (what co. does that??!!). We chose a treated lumber deck w/ a light walnut stain. It looks amazing. The quality of the craftsmanship is uncomparable. Thanks to Nguyen and his team! I would not hesitate to hire them again!

We are so pleased with our new deck and are enjoying it every day! Nguyen and his crew did an excellent job! Nguyen took our rough design and created exactly what we wanted. They were able to save portions of the old deck which saved us some $$. They cleaned the site up every day and removed all the debris. Nguyen is very personable, easy to talk to and kept us informed all along the way. We would highly recommend Urban Designs!!

After checking with builders on this site and some others, only DW did not respond. Urban Designs & Development was the first to respond. Nguyen and his crew did a very nice job. I'd receive email responses to my questions at 1:30am! I'd even speak with Nguyen at 10:30pm on weeknights. His customer service, followup, and professionalism are the best. While UDD is not the cheapest, they did earn their money. They worked 12-13hr days in 95deg humid weather.

We were completely satisfied with all aspects of our outdoor renovation project that Urban DD handled for us. The staff was professional, courteous and a delight to work with. We had a new Evergrain composite deck built, a stamped concrete patio and also had the exterior trim work of the house repaired and painted. UrbanDD removed an existing 12'x12' deck and replaced it with a 20'x12' deck for us 10' off the ground. I was pleased with how all the workers presented theirselves and all did a wonderful job. The UrbanDD staff were very quick to respond to email/phone calls which I apreciated.
We could not be happier with our deck and our neighbors have stated it looks fantastic.
We obtained many estimates but felt that UrbanDD provided the best value for the price.

We had old deck removed, new one built more than twice as large as the old one and had 1/2 of it finished with gable roof, cathedral type ceiling w/ceiling fan&lights&enclosed w/screen. Had many compliments and are quite pleased w/their craftsmanship. During the job we requested a few changes which they did for little or no extra cost. They kept the area clean. They didn't leave the job site until we were 100% satisfied...and even came back for a few touch-ups at our request.
