My railing job was delayed two weeks without any notice from the company. The glass railing they put up was done haphazardly and fell apart upon touching it. One of the gates is so bad the entire railing shakes as the gate has to be muscled open and closed. They left a wide space that my 2 year old son almost fell through. Non stainless nails were used in some places and are already staining the rails. They did come back to "fix" some problems but I am waiting for them again to fix the rest.

I can gladly report that although Mr. Duet did experience a small unexpected delay that all his concerns were immediately addressed within days of completion. The entire lower level of railing did experience unexplained rusting nails which was definitely unacceptable. That portion of railing was replaced at our cost in its entirety. A quick fix on a defective wheel of the gate, and some additional spacers on the custom glass rail took care of the rest. I truly apologize for any unintentional inconvenience The Duet Family endured but we made every effort to make it right and as far as I know all is now good. |
