Josh and his crew (2-3 people total) did a wonderful job for us. He's always communicating with us in the building process in person, by phone or email. Building quality is high and a few imperfection were fixed quickly upon our request. Work site was clean. The job started on time but the finish was delayed a few weeks, mostly due to bad weather. We felt that Josh and his company is a very reliable and would highly recommend it for Deck projects!

My new deck looks great. I was very impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of the company's owner and primary builder. There were a few challenges with replacing my old deck and they were met successfully. I would recommend this company to anyone considering deck replacement or a new deck.

Great design. Completed quickly. High quality. City inspector said it was one of the sturdiest residential decks he had seen. I love that the guy who came up with the design and sold us on using the company (Josh) was the same guy who was in our backyard a week later actually building it. I would strongly recommend (and already have to friends) using Dependable Builders for your deck project.

Josh and his crew just finished our deck. It was a 16x20 cedar deck with lighting. The deck is gorgeous and we are 150% pleased. They finished ahead of schedule, there was communication throughout the entire process. They cleaned up daily. All of the crew were courteous, friendly and professional. The price was exactly what he quoted and after 10+ bids very competetive. I would (and have) recommended him. One of the best experiences with a "contractor" I have ever had.

I AM SATISFIED WITH THE DECK FOR THE PRICE. JOSH WAS A VERY POLITE AND CONSIDERATE PERSON. I AM A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT HE DID NOT RETURN (AFTER 2 REMINDERS) TO FILL THE HOLES LIKE HE HAD STATED. AFTER THE LAST REMINDER AND WAITING A MONTH I DID DO IT MYSELF. THERE WERE A COUPLE BOARDS THAT WERE NOT OF THE GREATEST QUALITY WITH MARKINGS AND CUTS NOT REAL EVEN BUT FOR THE PRICE THE DECK WAS DESIGNED THE WAY I WANTED.
