I hired Decks R Us to build a second story deck at my house. The new deck was to attach to the existing 2nd story deck. Not only is the add on seamless with the existing deck but the craftsmanship is about the best I have seen. As a power washing company that specializes in power washing and sealing decks I have worked on many decks and understand the importance of having a quality deck built that will last. Decks R Us exceeded all my expectations.

I read in the paper that there were a lot of unforeseen hassles in getting a deck- permits,and such. I was interested in these guys Hassle Free Guarantee- and once I realized they took care of all that stuff, I was even more impressed. They took care of the permits, scheduling the builidng inspector...they were only my property for a few days..in-out BAM! it was done. Great work, a little more expensive, but I know this baby will last. Also was surprised (pleasantly) that they stayed in touc

they have not started the job yet but the quote & design process has been excellent. the owner John is a very professional & nice gentleman. he came to my home twice to make sure he knew exactly how we wanted our deck designed. his office staff is also very polite & accomodating. we would reccommend them to anyone. dane elterman
